At Artika, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home lighting and hardware; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Artika account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the products in their original packaging, including all mounting hardware and instruction manuals, to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
