Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
What is your return policy for home decor and lighting?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and condition. Please note that installed lighting fixtures are not eligible for return unless a defect is present.
Do Artika products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Artika products include a minimum one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Are your LED fixtures dimmable?
Many of our LED lighting products are dimmable when used with compatible ELV (Electronic Low Voltage) dimmers. Please check the specific product specifications on the item page.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?
